Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the foodo.ai platform. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please Note:These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and THEFOODO LTD. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1.Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "User", or "Customer") and THEFOODO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14007004, having its principal place of business at 85 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7LT, United Kingdom (together with its affiliates, "foodo.ai", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms govern your access to and use of the foodo.ai website at https://foodo.ai, our mobile applications, and all related products, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Service").

3.About the Service

foodo.ai is an AI-powered restaurant discovery, reservation, and food ordering platform that enables users to discover restaurants, make reservations, place food orders, receive personalized recommendations, and access restaurant-related information and services.

Depending on the features you use, foodo.ai may provide:

AI-powered restaurant discovery and dining recommendations
Restaurant reservation and booking services
The ability to place Orders for food, meals, and related restaurant services
Subscription plans for premium features and business services
Promotional offers, loyalty rewards, and marketing campaigns
Other restaurant and hospitality-related services made available through the Platform from time to time

4.Eligibility and Accounts

Security — You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your Account. Notify us immediately at admin@foodo.ai of any unauthorised use.

8.Pricing, Fees, and Taxes

Prices may include booking fees, service fees, convenience fees, delivery fees, packaging fees, or platform fees, which will be itemised before you complete checkout.

10.Refunds, Cancellations, and Returns

10.2 Order Cancellation by You

You may cancel an Order without charge before the restaurant confirms the reservation or before food preparation begins. After that point, cancellation may not be possible because perishable food preparation has started.

10.5 How to Request a Refund

Contact us at admin@foodo.ai within 48 hours of delivery (or the scheduled delivery time), with your order number and details of the issue. We may request reasonable evidence, such as photographs of incorrect or damaged items.

11.Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at admin@foodo.ai before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer.

12.Food Safety, Allergens, and Dietary Information

Allergen, ingredient, nutritional, menu, and dietary information is provided for general guidance and may be supplied by us, by Vendors, or generated by AI Features. It may not be complete or fully accurate and may change.

Restaurant information, menu details, allergen information, and dietary data displayed on the Platform may be provided directly by restaurants and vendors. foodo.ai does not independently verify all such information.

13.Third-Party Vendors and Marketplace

13.1 Platform Role

Where the Service connects you with Vendors, foodo.ai acts as a technology platform facilitating Orders and Reservations. The contract for the supply of products and services is generally between you and the relevant restaurant or vendor unless explicitly stated otherwise.

13.4 Restaurant Responsibility

Restaurants and vendors listed on the Platform are solely responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, food preparation, food quality, food safety, allergen disclosures, order fulfilment, and compliance with applicable food safety laws and regulations. foodo.ai acts solely as a technology platform facilitating interactions between users and restaurants and shall not be responsible for the preparation, delivery, or quality of food products supplied by restaurants.

24.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers may benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
